Ticket Purchase FAQ
Q: I purchased my tickets or registered for a class the week or the day before the event.
Will I get my tickets in the mail?
A: Print your Pal pal receipt and bring this to the venue. This is your virtual ticket. You won't get
a ticket in the mail, even if you purchased your tickets a month before the event. There will be a
list at the venue with your name on it and we will cross-check it with your receipt.
Q: I bought tickets and can not attend. Can I get a refund?
A: Of course. We will simply refund your money through Pay Pal. It may take up to 10 business
days after the event for this to occur. If you can't attend for whatever reason, simply send us an
e-mail and we'll refund your money back on the credit card it was purchased on.
Q: Is it safe to purchase my tickets through your site?
A: Paypal is verified 100% safe! Your ticket purchase will be processed through our secure
Paypal link, which you will be directed to once you click the BUY NOW button.
Q: Does my ticket guarantee me a seat?
A: Seating for Slash Coleman Entertainment events is General Admission. This means your
advance ticket purchase gets you in the door even when the event sells out. However, seating
is always limited, so seats are on a first come basis. (This doesn't apply to classes and
workshops where there are always plenty of seats).
Q: I was told that I could purchase tickets on the site? How come I don't see a link?
A: Typically, tickets go on sale 30 days before an event and will only be sold on this site until
the day before the event. After that, tickets can always be purchased with cash only at the door.
