A Live Performance in Your Living Room?
Slash Coleman will bring "Glow - The Documentary" on DVD to your
home where you'll get to experience his thoughtful film, hear inspiring
stories, and learn how his courageous tale of coming to terms with the
death of his best friend led him to his dreams.
You'll also hear Slash perform a select song and monologue from his
show, The Neon Man and Me, get to participate in an intimate Q&A, and
be a part of the inspiring Glow experience
How does the Living Room Tour Work?
Pick a date and e-mail us. Then, invite 8 or more of your friends over.
The event is free for you and your family. Each friend is asked to make a
sliding scale donation of $10-$25. Then, sit back and relax. All in all, the
event lasts 90-minutes... or longer if you'd like more time for your friends
to hang out and talk.

About the Documentary
"Glow - The Documentary" is a thirty-minute, family-friendly, documentary film created by
playwright/performer,Slash Coleman, and filmmaker, Kate Johnson, and chronicles the
success of Coleman's award winning one man show, "The Neon Man and Me."
Inspiration! Encouragement! Motivation!
It includes interviews with family, friends, prominent Richmond journalists, artists, and
religious leaders.
Connect with Your Friends
Separated into seven themes, audience members are able to explore their own
connection to such topics as trust, love, joy, God, mission, power, and nourishment.
The film also includes live stage footage from the 2006 Neon Man tour.
The music soundtrack is provided by San Francisco's,"The Rabbles,"in addition to
songs by "Vegetation Information," which feature the late, Mark "The Neon Man"
Jamison, on saxophone.
Q: I don't want to get a baby sitter?
A: Don't worry, the event is appropriate for all ages.
Q: I don't want to spend a lot of money feeding my friends?
A: Again, don't worry, if you want to forgo having big spread with snacks and drinks
that's not a problem. Also, if you pick a 6:30 pm time on a Saturday, your friends can
attend the event and be out of your place in time for dinner.
Q: What is a good day to book the event?
A: Obviously weekends work better for most people, but weeknights are also an
option. Sunday afternoons too.
About the Fundraiser?
The Living Room Tour, also known as the, Neon Man/PBS Fundraiser , is
currently being booking in 40 living rooms over the next six months in order
to raise the $10,000 necessary to bring The Neon Man and Me to PBS
stations nationwide in 2007.
Are Donations Tax- Deductible?
You bet! The Living Room Tour is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit
organization. All of the proceeds from this tour go directly to PBS and
receipts for your contribution are available.

A: Don't worry, a lot of friends feel more comfortable lounging against the sofa or
sitting on the floor.
